Shortbread Linzer Sandwich Cookie

A classic shortbread sandwich cookie with your choice of filling topped with confection sugar.  Perfect with your afternoon tea, morning coffee or any time you need a sweet treat.

Each cookie is approximately 3” in diameter.

Items will be baked and decorated within 24 hours of shipment to preserve freshness.  We do not use any preservatives and as a result baked goods are freshest within the first 2-3 days after being received.  To maintain freshness for longer, freeze for up to 2 weeks in an air tight container.  Frozen items should be thawed for 2-3 hours before being enjoyed.  Do not refreeze.
